We’re currently looking for two passionate professionals to join our Managed Services Department. If you have experience in financial aid processing, compliance, or backend administration and you're ready to grow in a supportive, purpose-filled environment, we’d love to hear from you.

 

📌 Job Opening #1: Fiscal Processor

Department: Fiscal Department
Supervisor: Fiscal Manager

Responsibilities:
This individual will perform their job duties with the highest ethical standards that ensure compliance with all Federal Student Aid and Title IV Regulations. In order to be successful, the Fiscal Processor will be required to stay abreast of all regulatory changes both federal and state as it pertains to their scope of responsibility.

  • Perform daily creation of rosters, which include updating the common origination and disbursement (COD) and processing funds from G6- grants management system.
  • Perform quarterly audits of student ledgers against Core and COD.
  • Perform closeout of Title IV award years.
  • Notify schools of campus-based balances on a quarterly basis.
  • Perform any other projects as assigned by their supervisor.

Education:
The Fiscal Processor must have a high school diploma, preferably some college, banking or accounting experience.

 

📌 Job Opening #2: Refund Processor

Department: Fiscal Department
Supervisor: Refund Manager

Responsibilities:
This individual will perform their job duties with the highest ethical standards that ensure compliance with all Federal Student Aid and Title IV Regulations. In order to be successful, the Fiscal Processor will be required to stay abreast of all regulatory changes both federal and state as it pertains to their scope of responsibility.

  • Perform weekly review and completion of all withdrawn students.
  • Perform monthly updates to students awards, including zero records and cancelled enrollments.
  • Perform weekly review of cancelled students with Title IV disbursed and process any adjustments.
  • Perform weekly review of Pell disbursements/projections and process any adjustments.
  • Perform weekly review of Title IV cancel adjustments and process any adjustments.
  • Perform monthly monitoring of graduation/leave of absence dates to facilitate compliance.

Education:
The Refund Processor must have financial aid experience with backend processing, a high school diploma, and preferably some college experience.
